These terms apply when you use flexonfestivals.in and buy from FlexOn. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders: We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, or the order looks fake. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount.

Prices: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place the order.

Product images: We try to show colours and details accurately, but the actual product may look slightly different because of lighting and screen settings. Some photos and videos show decorated setups for ideas; only the items and quantities mentioned in the product title and description are included in your order.

Cash on Delivery: Please accept the COD orders you place. If COD orders are refused again and again, we may turn off COD for that phone number or address.

Returns and refunds: Please see our Return and Refund Policy.

Use of the website: Please do not misuse this website. All content on this website belongs to FlexOn and may not be copied without permission.

Liability: Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
