Refund policy

We want you to love your FlexOn order. Please read our return and refund policy below.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong product: If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at flexonfestivals@gmail.com with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. After checking, we will send you a free replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will give you a full refund.

 

Unboxing video: A clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel) is required for all damage or wrong-item claims.

 

Change of mind: As these are festive decor items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

Cancellation: You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped by emailing us. Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Refunds: Approved refunds for prepaid orders are sent to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent to the bank account or UPI ID you share with us.
